1. Heating time: After the fabric enters the heating zone, the time required to heat the fabric surface to the setting temperature.


2. Heat penetration time: after the fabric surface reaches the setting temperature, the fiber inside and outside of the automatic drying and setting machine has the same heat penetration time required by the setting temperature.


3. Molecular adjustment time: The time required to adjust the molecules in the fiber according to the setting conditions after the fabric reaches the setting temperature.


4. Cooling time: The time it takes to cool the fabric out of the dryer to fix the fabric size.


In the daily use of automatic drying machine, to reasonably control the speed of the stretching machine equipment. Under normal circumstances, its speed mainly depends on the length of the setting zone and the setting temperature. If the speed too fast will affect the effect of shaping, and may also cause the process of dyeing and finishing fine wrinkles do not get rid of. On the contrary, if the vehicle speed is slow and the temperature is high, it may cause the fabric to turn yellow and the elasticity to decrease.
